Hey I'm Gillian Anderson
With more than 30 years of experience in journalism, I’ve had the privilege of covering a wide range of topics—from politics and sports to fashion and education. My career began as the first female sports editor at the Coleraine Chronicle before I went on to lead an award-winning women’s magazine and contribute to major publications such as the Daily Mirror and the Oxford Times.
Now, I’m focused on highlighting the incredible stories of women across the Causeway Coast.
I’m currently working on building this website, with the official launch set for February 2025. We aim to go live right around International Women’s Day, which feels like the perfect time to kick things off. It’s a great way to celebrate and support women, and we’re excited to be part of the conversation during such an important moment.
